Lake Patrol - 2026

Requirements

The Aurora Lake Association is currently seeking applicants for part-time Lake Patrol positions for the 2026 season.  This is an independent contractor position (1099).

Requirements below: 

• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays 

• Must be willing to interact with the community in a positive and constructive manner 

• Must be proficient in ODNR Boating Rules and Regulations 

• Must also be aware of all ALA Rules and Regulations 

• Must possess or complete an Ohio Safe Boating course certificate 

• Security or police background a plus but not required 

• Drug screen will (may) be required

• 18+ years old
